I've lived at Eos for 5 months. I was at not very happy at first. After about a month I started seeing the occasional roach. I was very upset because I keep a clean apartment and I will not live like that. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that he would have the apartments around me inspected and that he would have the pest control company in my apartment the next day. Around 2Pm the next day I received a call on my cell from the manager and he told me that the pest control found "light activity" in my apartment but the apartments around me were in good condition. He told me straight up that he could not promise me an overnight cure but that he would work with me to ensure the problem was resolved. He asked me to give him a couple of weeks and that if I made a few changes in my apartment he would make sure that all cracks and crevices were sealed and that he would make sure my unit was treated until the problem was solved. I put all dry goods in Tupperware and stopped using bar soap (apparently roaches eat soap...gross) In two weeks I noticed that I saw fewer bugs and after another week nothing for about 3 months now. Last week I called to thank him and he asked me to post on this site if I was happy with my apartment. This place isn t perfect but I like the price, location and the staff. I ve read some of these posts and I see Mr. Cricks e-mail address posted all over this site. If you have a problem call the guy he will help.

(another) definite post from EOS management- when will they learn, so sad. Look past the BS and observe the 23% rating. Would you eat at a restaurant with a 23% rating or buy a car with a 23% satisfaction rating? Get real Crick & Co. btw- there's a class action suit being drawn up against these criminals for violating the usage rights on this site. check back and buyer beware. Also if you do roll the dice and decide to consider moving here, ask about their ridiculous 2 dumpster per complex policy, remodeling the clubhouse yet can't staff a security guard decision,and crime statistics(including murder) --but thank God the above poster laid out such thorough roach prevention tips.

I'm sure the 23% rating is low because if you read through the majority of these posts are complaining about such petty things. The only affiliation I have with EOS is that I live here. I don't have any roaches in my apartment and plan it to stay that way.. Personally, I really like my apartment, we are happy with the space and the quick response we've got from the management.

Tom, It was a pleasure speaking to your last Friday. Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback. I apologize for the anonymous poster he/she appears to have nothing better to do then give people a hard time. Dear Anonymous, Its clear you have an issue with Eos 21. It's also clear at this point that you are the same person posting over and over again. You accuse every positive post as a plant or attack people because they have a different opinion than you. Since you do not seem interested in addressing any actual issues I will no longer address you directly. If you would like to talk please stop by the office or contact me at jcrick@bozzuto.com and I would love the opportunity to see what exactly your concerns are. If you have moved out of Eos 21 I hope that you have found a place that you can be happy. It is my job to address issues at the property and to improve the community. We have numerous projects going on and I have received a lot of positive feedback. I do not pretend that Eos is some perfect utopian complex. Just like every place else we have issues to address and we are addressing them. The point of me being on this board is not to engage in petty bickering and nonsense; the point of me being here is because I want to help. As noted by another person that posted on this board you will be hard pressed to find another Manager that takes the time to respond to these posts. Please if you still live here contact me.
