It's very terrible. I have been living with mouse. I don't know how long.
Pest control person just came in and out.
However, rental fee is very expensive.
It is not really worth.

Hello lovelykc69, Please contact me at jcrick@bozzuto.com so that I can find out what is going on in your apartment. In regards to the rental fee I think if you shop our competition you will find that we are very competitive. Especially when you add the fact that utilities are included. Sincerely, Joe Crick, General Manager

I lived at EOS 21 last summer. I didn't have issues with mice; however, the upper floors did, as I recall. The fee is high for what you get. For roughly the same price I could have lived in a much nicer apartment two miles away. In response to Joe, your request to look at competition assumes that supply and demand is valid; however, that law doesn't apply to all consumerism. That's a false implication people who don't read the literature make. The demand in NOVA is not as high as we make it out to be. I was able to get an open apartment the same day we went drove around. That either indicates lower demand or higher supply. There is a reason EOS 21's condo prices dropped dramatically, even as of last summer : because prices were artificially elevated. I only write this because I agree with this review, prices are needlessly too high. To argue otherwise is to ignore the consumer. Otherwise, the apartment was decent ( ours was renovated, though; renovations were in a word poor, however ), and the area appeared safe ( I'm a guy ). Staff was curt after they made the sale, and some were downright rude ( reason I won't live there again). Walls were thin. Parking wasn't bad. The tow company makes too many mistakes for my taste; apartment complex should have a way to remedy these mistakes ( a better way than crediting my account; another reason I won't rent when I return to the area ). Bozzuto has some very nice properties, but in my opinion, this isn't one of their better managed ones.
