Basically, the roaches are abundant and so is the crime. The parking during the day is abundant but not at night. The price of an apartment DOES NOT include the washer/dryer, your pet, the extra reserved parking spot, you must pay extra for all these things, which parking and pet are normal but not the extra $60 for a washer/dryer inside your apartment especially considering that an average water bill is less then $25/month and the washer/dryer is very small and takes 4 hours to do 4 pairs of blue jeans. The neighbors are always having a all hours block party, they are abundant in their tiny apartments 6-8 people living in one. The security doors are broken usually because of the 3-6 extra people not on the lease living in said apartments. The amenities are a joke, the fitness room closes at 10pm, most places it stays open 24 hours (at least my last 5 did), the lifegards at the pool are rude, the "movie theater" is always closed, at least everytime I try to go. They do have activities but come on how many people want to play BINGO' The apartments are rotting, and I mean the walls, the trim and whatever else can rot, I have a gaping hole where trim used to be and inside who knows what exists. This hole has been here since I moved in and maintenance has never repaired the problem.
I am moving out as soon as my lease is up, I'd like to move out earlier but they charge an additional 2 months of rent when you break your lease even if you give 60 days notice. Something a friend of mine learned the hard way, it wasn't exactly explained during the signing.

I've been here for less than a year, but long enough to say that it sounds like you're living in a totally different apartment company than EOS. I haven't seen a roach in the past few months.. NOT EVEN 1. We do have the washer/dryer and it takes a lot less than 4 hrs to wash some jeans. it says u lived here since 2007, why did u leave here for so long, wasn't ur contract for just a year?? (as most are)... obviously, the problem wasn't bad enough for you to move out before... i've never seen bingo here but i did go to the valentine social. It was nice, had more people gone, it would've been better, but mgt can't force us all to go. anyway- sorry to disagree w/all ur complaints. I live in building N... not sure if that has anything to do with it.. is my building recently renovated??

I am not living in some other complex and I have been here since 07 due in part to the fact I was unable to relocate last year if you are so wondering. It must be nice not to have roaches, I wish that was truly the case for me. AND NO I AM NOT MESSY in fact just the opposite, I am OCD which basically means my place is absolutely spotless and that includes my kitchen. I have seen roaches in the morning and at night, I have had the pest guy in here every month since I moved in. My apartment smells like bug spray it is so often. And I live in building R. And BINGO was last year. And I've seen your posts on every negative review in here I think you either work for the complex or are just an instigator, either way have something new to say next time. Definitely (another) a plant livadaygivaday. EOS mngt just can't face the facts ( and their 23% rating here) and feel the need to pose as tenants. Anyone who's thinking about renting here should use common sense and talk to some of the majority of unsatisfied tenants who made the mistake of renting here.I'm sure one of the tenants shlepping their trash 1/2 way across the complex would love to speak with them
