I have lived here for 1 year and it was the worst experience of my life. They schedule pest control visits every 3 months. To prepare for these visits you have to clean out your entire kitchen, take minute and think about how long it would take you to empty your kitchen cabinets and then put it all back in every three months. On top of that they only give you 4 days notice and if you dont comply they charge you $50 dollars. To put the icing on the cake the treatment does not work, there are still roaches in my appartment. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Hi-brainiacs- Here's a scenario for you:: Make it difficult to dispose of garbage= Lazy people stockpiling trash in apartment= a food source(garbage)for roaches & ants-- This concludes our instruction on bad management decisions 101. PS- if there weren't so many negative things to say about a place perhaps you would not have (many, many) "chronic negative posters" and have to have your office staff pose on ratings sites as satisfied tenants?

Hello Anonymous, I would like to address your concerns regarding pest control. If you have roaches in your apartment then you are providing a food source. Roaches do not choose to live in your apartment because they like your style. Please contact me at jcrick@bozzuto.com so that I can have your apartment inspected to see what is attracting them to your apartment. I have had great success with solving peoples pest issues by having their units inspected by the pest control company and telling people that feel their apartment is clean what is attracting roaches to their apartment. As for Anonymous poster number two, this individual is a chronic negative poster that is being negative for the sake of being negative and does not wish to address any actual concern. I have already informed them that I will not address them in this format any longer.

Hi anonymous # 1 It is so odd that you have been able to live for one solid year around roaches. It never takes a year to solve that kind of issue. Maybe you are negligent.
