Size: Great compaired to what I ve seen in the area
Location: excellent
Parking: I had issues at first because I come home late. My roomate and I know have a reserved spot for $10 ea can t beat that
Trash:I ve read people complaining about this on this site but I had to take my trash to a dumpster where I lived before so it s not an issue for me.

I really don't get the $10 parking benefit, Seems to me that if this place really did care about the tennants they would offer the reserved parking for people that have two cars in two bedroom apartments with the understanding that they will be getting an additional parking spot freed up for other tennants that need the parking. It just don't make sense unless that was their plan the whole time.

MANY things don't make sense here.Seems to me the overstaffed palatial front office is more important than hiring a security guard to patrol the Bronx-like parking lot at night. Management is definitely not connected with tenants. Do yourself a favor and stop someone in the parking lot and get their opinion-and maybe a police report- and check out some of the other ratings sites that rate this place l-o-w

As for the questions posted by the Anonymous poster; you have valid questions regarding the $10 charge so I will answer it. We only have 40 tandem spots (80 spaces) so I can't give it to everyone that has two cars. In order to fully be able to utilize the parking lot and stay within fair housing guidelines I have put a small fee on the spaces so that I can offer the parking to everyone that has two cars registered. If I were to just give it to 40 apartments and not the other 300 plus apartments that have 2 cars registered I could be accused of discriminatory acts. This way I am offering it to all apartments with two cars and no one can say that they were not given the opportunity to get reserved parking thus I can not be accused of discrimination. I have offered my e-mail address numerous times but he/she is not interested in any actual improvements they prefer just to be negative. If he/she actually took the time to contact me he/she would know that I am actually in the process of getting proposals for a security patrol company as opposed to the off duty police officer we currently use. I feel that a security service would allow later access to the clubhouse, make getting visitor passes after hours possible and keep a better eye on our parking lot at night. Anonymous 2, clearly something went wrong while you were living at Eos. I believe at this point that you no longer live here but if you do, contact me. I would love to address your issues. The "off duty officer" they currently use ????!!! They give him a break on his rent and a parking space out front(ANOTHER space tennants can't use)and you NEVER see any security presence here. Believe me take a stroll through there any night and let me know if you feel safe. Actually I correct myself- the constant roving Tow Truck driver Earl is always in the parking lot ready at a moments notice to tow you
