I ve lived at Eos 21 for 6 months and don t have any complaints. It s not perfect but it works for me. Meosha in the office has been very nice. Any time I have a problem she is willing to help.

Ah yes- the eminent management posing as tenant post. How surprising. Doesn't seem to help that 23%rating now does it.

totally agree....look at all the vacancies...and yes my year lease... is up.. and yup Im out.. had enough of the staff... NOISE, the garbage come on, look at it Saturday and see the pile of ---- trash.... and you dont think Rats and other animals arent noticing it.. Wake up... have some coffee.... you people ----- about alittle bit of hootch being smoked... I'd fire 3/4 of the staff... immediately... if not all of them.... Ive given my notice now there telling me that its not within 60 days.. I have two months left on my lease.. whats the issue... you need to plan that far ahead to what....... have my carpets cleaned.... wash my sink... Ive never hung a picture... never smoked in the apartment.... and they want to charge me and extra 200 for being maybe 1 or 2 days late on the 60 days... are you F.... kinding me....times are tough for us... but thats a management that is USELESS..... charging you for a parking spot... coming into your apartment without notice, coming into your apartment to get trash... and pay extra..... and for those who say its safe.... YOU dont know how many vehicles have damage, been broken into, unless you hear about the News cameras telling us on the news that a murder happened on site... try opening the 1970 door locks... hello... FOB.... easier access.... where are the security cameras.... its 2009 EOS.... two words for the management staff.... YOUR FIRED

Read the police reports for this place. There was a murder last year(EOS defends this by saying it was domestic-tells you a little about the tennants there). There are multiple car break ins each week, vagrants and hoods in the parking lot. etc, etc... do yourself a favor and stop by the station off Eisenhower Ave and get a report. I don't live there, but a friend is stuck there because he couldn't get out of his lease and had to re-sign because he was forced to pay $400 extra to go month to month.I don't feel safe even visiting.
