I love my apartment but parking is an issue. Maintenance and the staff have always been friendly and professional. The location is great I use the metro shuttle daily.

First off, can you even spell? This apartment was one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever stayed at in my entire life. This complex should be Section 8 housing, with all the bugs, and crime. It is very sad when a complex has to hire security staff to make its residents feel safe. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

They hired security staff to protect EOS21? Oh you mean the tow truck operators that prowl the parking lots to tow cars that are parked in the wrong places right? Oh, or the bus driver that is too stupid to think for himself and doesn't let someone that he sees every freaking day the ability to ride the bus because they didn't flash a beige slip of paper when they walked past them? Because if there truly was a security guard they would have insisted that the door to our building would lock when closed and they would have caught the people sabotaging the doors and evicted the fourteen people living in the studio apartment on our floor... No there is no security in this place because if there were it wouldn't be a step up from a slum tennament.

The bus driver is a MISERABLE HUMAN BEING. Putting up with his rudeness and attitude is not worth the convenience of the shuttle, so I take the bus.

Another(illegal) management staff post referring to location & ammenities like being located near a Best Buy. next time you see someone trudging 1/2 way accross the parking lot to dump their trash ask them about ammenities. There's a class action suit being worked up on these crooks for changing the policies like parking , trash policies etc after people signed their leases.
