If you feel that there should be a certain level of service and comittment when you spend your money then this is not the place for you.
Here are some of the things that has made me decide to move:
- Put in 5 service requests in a year
- Washing machine was broken twice. Once for more than a month. I took time to write a letter after two calls to maintenance, there was no acknowledgement of my frustration. There was very simply a knock on the door one day and the maintenance guy came in to fix it. Staff is completely unempathetic.
- Same closet door had to be fixed twice
- burner did not work
- could not find a parking spot so parked in the day care parking and car was towed although there were many vacant day care spots
- air condition unit had to be fixed multiple times. Once 24 hour maintenance refused to come at 2 am so they came at 6. Although they were explained that the unit was making loud noises that kept me up and I needed to be to work in the morning.
- because the building is so old, I have sat and listened to the chillers being defrost and the pipes being flushes out for two days and nights. The complex can't tell me when it will be over.

I totally agree- and your heading is DEAD ON.You may want to lower your "noise" rating especialy if you live near the front. Barking dogs,house parties, car alarms. I couldn't wait to ge tout of this hell hole either.
