Have you ever heard of the phrase "don't mess with success"'
These ----------- actually had to change the name of this place because of the problems here. HIGH crime, trashy, noisey,parking problems- I couldn't wait to move to another place. Do yourself a favor- they throw "specials" at you to plug the hole in the ---- of renters moving out because of dopey policies and repetitive problems. This place went WAY down hill by the time I moved out last year. Heed the low ratings(even with their office staff posting here)and get a place for a couple of bucks more-GAsp! I actually like my dignity.

I moved out and it was the best thing i ever did! Joe...you seem to at least seem to care and seem to be trying to change the image, but in your post you referred people to ---------------- and I dealt with her several times and she is def part of the "rude staff" several posters mention!!!

To anonymous; if you already moved out why do you care? Why it is so difficult for you to understand that most people are happy on EOS 21

Anonymous, In regards to the Community Manager I have never seen her lose her composure and have witnessed her attention to detail. One of the reasons I promoted her to Community Manager was her customer service skills. That being said I recognize that not all personalities are going to mesh so while she does a great job at handling resident issues and following up, if you do not want to deal with her you can deal with me, the Resident Services Supervisor, the Leasing Manager or the Accounting Manager. I have made it very clear to my staff that they are empowered to take care of resident concerns. In regards to our recommended percentage, certainly you must realize that this is not a site visited equally by people that are satisfied with their apartment and those that are not. If that were the case, there would be many more apartment communities throughout the country that have higher ratings. It's also the reason that since I started replying to posts and actively recruiting residents that give positive feedback to post on this site that our percent recommended has rapidly increased. I am very sure you are aware that back in October Eos had a 21% recommended and now we are at 35% and soon we will be much higher than that. Now, I'm guessing your response is going to be, Oh that is just management plants etc...etc...I have no doubt that I will not be able to change your mind on that but the truth is I have been training the staff to better focus on customer service and making improvement to the community and even before I arrived at Eos there were many more happy residents than the ones that posted on this site. As I said, our number one source of tours and rentals are and have been resident referrals from both current and previous residents.

Venezian- lift your chin up...thaaat's it- OK eyes to the top of the page...grrrrreat, now moooove your eyes to the 35% recommended area...THAT IS NOT MOST PEOPLE EINSTEIN!!!
