I have enjoyed living at Eos 21 for the past two years. The one thing that really bothered me was the view I ve had. I live on the backside of the J building and am very happy with the new courtyard that has FINALLY been put in. It used to be tennis courts and then it was used for storage (very ugly) and now it is a beautiful courtyard with new landscaping that looks great. Having a nice view when you go out on your balcony makes a big difference. Thank you for getting this area cleaned up.

I totally agree - out of ALL the problems w/ this complex, the ONLY thing this "tenant" had a problem w/ is the very thing that they are improving at this moment??? Could this fake plant be any more obvious?

After you see the model, palatial office and constantly updated landscaping be sure to drive by the dumpster by the front entrance- hopefully on a weekend- so you can take pictures with your family in front of Mount Trashmore(please wear your Swine Flu protective gear). For a true Washingtonian experience, stroll through the parking lot at night and take in the soothing sounds of booming hip hop thundering from cars and apartments and experience thugs roaming in the shadows, and barking dogs throughout the complex.Don't forget to shake hands with the Alexandria Police officer ( they're always there responding to something) and get an autograph from Billy Bob the tow truck driver as he tows your grandmothers car away before you can register her car with the office that's already closed. YES a true paradise

To potential renters, I agree 1000% please shop around, then before you come into the office, drive around the community, walk around the courtyards, then come into the office and meet the staff and see a model. When you get home go to apartmentratings.com and check the site for all the communities you have visited. Before you move-in make sure you see your apartment. If you have any concerns with your apartment let me know and I will have it addressed before you move in. Under different ownership and management Eos 21 had issues I'm not denying that. However, it has vastly improved and will continue to do so. I myself will be moving in November when my current lease is up (I started in October 08). Again any questions or concerns please contact me at jcrick@bozzuto.com and yes by all means drive the community at night. It will only take 5 minutes to see that the anonymous poster is being ridiculous.
