DON'T MOVE IN

This place is the pits! There are always problems with mice running around my apartment dispite all the mouse traps around my apartment and on my kitchen counters. Also, this morning someone let their dog crap in the hallway near the stairs. The type of people moving in are getting worse with little or no regard for others in the building. And YES there is crime. There was a nice car on blocks in the parking lot because someone stole the good tires. The rent basis is screwy...it seems they charge who they want what they want. I am paying $200 more for an apartment than a friend of mine that moved in AFTER me. I also have several friends that were offered a $400 discount to renew their leases while I only was offered $150 off. It's bizzare, and when you go to speak to the people in the office they have no clue and are basically useless.

I live in the same building and was totally disgusted when I came down the back stairwell this morning. This is the worst place I have ever lived and I can't wait until my lease is up and I can get the hell out of there!!!!!!!

Yeah I feel for you . I wish they'd not allow pets here. My next place in December won't. I've been complaining about neighbors' dogs barking 24/7 and they tell me I have to put it in writing(which i did 3 times) - yada-yada and nothing ever gets done. Part of the problem is the class of people here. You can't blame the management for subhuman -------s who let their dog ---- in a hallway and all over the complex because that's their level in life. (maybe they should screen tennants a little better)

I saw the pile of crap too, and I agree that is disgusting! To Anonymous#2, I speak on behalf of us responsible dog owners. By and large, pet owners are a decent class of people --and are not like the degenerate, criminal element that lives here. My experience is that the low-lives don't have dogs and are responsible for the lion's share portion of the problems people repeatedly write about in this forum. I have observed that these low lives don't have pets. You say you "wish they'd [the management] not allow pets." Then why the heck did you move here in the first place? Yes, leaving crap in the hallway is disgusting--that is a commentary on the owner, not the dog. What about the element here that throws their garbage on the grounds and in the hallways, commits vandalism, steals, robs, murders, does drugs, jams the security doors open -- now, that's SUBHUMAN!
