I have been here about 3 months and I must say it is better than I thought. The shuttle service to the Metro is excellent, just wished it ran on weekends. Staff have been very helpful. The only thing I don't like is that if they make a mistake with your rent, paying that extra because they consider the rent is late is absolutely absurd. My other dislike is the fact that you can't use the trash rooms in each building and you will have to take it to the dumpster and the property is so large that there none close. I have a two bedroom and I like the convenience of the roommate style. New neighbors just moved in and they are very loud, but overall I like it.

Yeah I love an apartment that I can't use the trash rooms, paying large late fees, and loud neighbors.I agree with ya' bro-great recommendation!

WOW, this is awful. Mice, air conditioner is loud, get cold in one bedroom and the other bedroom is hot. They tell you your check bounced, when you call the bank, the bank says it has not come through and therefore you pay extra fees, and realize when bank statement come through that check never tried to clear and they tell you they don't re run a check. No parking--you see numbered spots available all over, but those are for those who buying condos. For the amount you pay in rent, and depending on the # of bedrooms, at least one spot should be reserved for an apartment. I say, please check it out thoroughly before renting and please, please read your lease.
