I have never been so disappointed in my life. I moved out of one building because of mice and now this building has mice! I refuse to live with mice! In addition when tenants move out they leave trash everywhere. The hallways stink of garbage and stairwells smell of animal feces. There is never parking because of the numerous amounts of reserved spaces they have for condos. Who would ever want to own a mice infested condo' The Landmark area leaves something to be expected and I have never felt safe. My roommate and I have not lived here a year! Please read rating before moving anywhere, I have clearly learned my lesson.

Ahhh another UNsatisfied customer..I'm marking the days on my calendar until I'm released from this hole. I'd be gone, but I got stuck because they won't let you go month to month after your initial lease is up unless you pay HUNDREDS of dollars more a month(read your lease). As stated above take a ride past the lush landscaping out front, especially on a weekend evening,and see the section 8 type of tennants and their associated visitors that this place has. THAT's why the stairwells have animal feces, mice, garbage as stated in the above post.I actually feel sorry for the maintenance guys here who do a pretty good job.What can you say when pieces of ----,can't pick up after themselves and let their dogs (that some treat like their kids)piss & ---- where people walk? Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and save your dignity
