I have been living at EOS for almost a year now. There was a roach problem the DAY that I moved in but was taken care of quickly. Havent had any other major issues with my apartment, neighbors, or management. Biggest complaint would definitely be parking. I like the location of the complex as well, overall I have had a decent experience here.
