Ok, its been almost a year now and my husband and I cant wait to get out of here. Rudd realty, the rental company, is rude and incompetant. We waited months to get anything replaced. the place was absulutely filthy when we moved in. Its old, drafty, and right next to a car dealer. Sounds ok until you wake up at 2am to a delivery truck honking its backup horn, or hear "Calvin, call on line 1" over their loudspeaker at 7am on a saturday. While it is conveniently located and relatively cheap, its not worth all the other hassles.
