Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
I originally rented there in 03 because it was cheap.
my third year, the roof leaked and because they were being bought out, did nothing and several of the apartments including mine ended up being CONDEMED(check the city records).
The new slum-lords are the worst of the worst, probably sitting on it to go condo.
The mold in the place is horrible and had breathing problems the whole time I rented there( I think the building is circa 1890)'
They also ripped me off on my security deposit
Do yourself a favor, I only rented there because it was originally cheap.Now they are charging as if it were a luxury place just because it's in Delray.
Word to the wise STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE.
