The Best Apartment Community I've Ever Lived In

I happened to find this website and saw that no reviews had been written for Edlandria Apts. For unfortunate reasons I had to move from Edlandria, but I wanted to take the time and let people know of my experience while I lived there. Parking was kind of limited, and guests could only park on the property before midnight (otherwise they would get towed). Although, the parking lot was very well lit and there was a security guard there throughout the night that did walk the grounds. The apartments were newly remodeled with a washer and dryer, and a microwave in the units, and utilities were included in the rent. ONCE I had trouble with my dishwasher, and they came right over to fix it, but it wasn't fixable. So they came over the very next day with a brand new dishwasher. All of my neighbors were very nice and friendly. One of my friends who was visiting from out of town lost her wallet, and one of my neighbors went around trying to find her. I didn't have a problem with noise at all. I think my roommate and I were actually loud sometimes, and no one ever complained about us being noisy. The building seemed structurally sound (or built well), and we didn't have any problems with cold air coming in through the windows or anything. Also the controlled access doors to each building ALWAYS worked. I definately felt safe there. The floorplans are very spacious, in my opinion anyways. I would say the only downfall is there aren't any amenities.. no pool, clubhouse, or gym, and they don't allow pets. All in all, I had a wonderful experience living there.
