I moved into the Edlandria apartments this past December 2003 during the renovations. I must say overall the place is very nice. Each apartment is equipt with washer/dryer/dishwasher which makes life convenient. in addition they have just added a gym with state of the art machines. The crown molding and contemporary stlye make for a nice place to come home to. As for maintenance problems, all requests that I have sent in, which is less than 2. hvae been serviced within 24hours. The only slight inconveniencesinclude no guest parking after midnight and the complex will not accept any packages that can not fit in your mailbox. Other than that the rooms are very spacious and the community is very quite and clean.
