If you like things maintained, pick a different apartment.

Edlandria does not have 24 hour maintenance like they say they do. They'll promise you a lot of things to get you to sign the lease though. Tenants beware of this apartment complex.
For example, no hot water this morning but Edlandria knew about the problem last night before the office closed (7:00 pm) but the 24 hour maintenance decided they would do something about it sometime today. That is not acceptable and the extremely high prices for rent should cover issues like this one.

I would not choose to live here because of the responses from edlandria...they seem terribly defensive and rude.

I would have to disagree with you. I've lived in Edlandria since 2000. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive, proffesional maintenance staff. In over five years I have never had a maintenance issue that went unnoticed. As for there not being any hot water each time an outage was expected management gave a well in advance notice. To all the staff members at Edlandria keep up the great work and I'm going to miss you guys when I move this winter.

how does it feel listening to someone who "lives" at edlandria say they love it. from what i've heard from actual tenants i've spoken with when visiting edlandria, the place is overpriced, doesn't like kids or visitors, and you can't even walk on what little grass there is, not to mention all the times vehicles have been vadalized. i agree that someone who works for edlandria is posting all the good remarks.

I can say I agree that Edlandria isn't "kid-friendly" but I'm single and I don't want to hear a bunch of your freakin' loud / trashing up the neighborhood kids running around my windows. If you like quiet and clean surrounding, move to Edlandria. Unfortunately, I moved out and now live in Texas, but I give Edlandria 2 thumbs up.
