Newly Remodeled Apts are worth a look From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Moved into a newly remodeled apt in September and have been very pleased. The interior of these apartments are very nice having been completely gutted and remodeled with all new appliances. No problems with noise, parking, or security. Neighbors are nice, and appear to be mostly late 20- mid 30's professionals and military. As another tenant mentioned there was one day where the hot water was off in the morning for three hours. I fail to see why that is so infuriating. My main complaint with this complex are the grounds. Landscaping is sparse, and the garden style apts are nothing more than big brick boxes on the outside. I'd certainly recommend taking a look.
