I lived in Edlandria for three years, everything was new, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cabinets, everything. If a problem ever came up, maintenance was there that day fixing it and not giving you any crap about the problem being your fault.

Security guards are there from about 8:00 pm at night until about 4:00 am, though I never witnessed any viloence, so they seemed kind of pointless to have around but it was nice that they were there. They rasied the rent on me after the first and second year, but they raised it only $30.00 each year which did not seem bad.

Best thing was, when I left, I left the place in a good but not great condition and I did not shampoo the carpets. To my surprise I got back my entire deposit back plus interest for the three years that I lived there.

Great place to live if you are looking to rent.
