All apartments have negatives and positives From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The negatives No guest parking after 12am and they do not provide passes. Maintainance concerns are slow at getting things fixed. There is not much in the area and rent is expensive. The complex has been newly renovated so apartment occupancy is not full giving you a false impression that the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of parking. You have to pay for extra storage which is about $15 a month. They do not want people walking on the grass, but yet they do not provide a playground or park for children or adults to enjoy themselves at. Positives New (up to date appliances), clean, security, secured entrance and near dash bus stop. No roaches. Major for me!!
