I hate the fact that there is no parking overnight for guests. There seems to be plenty of parking at night even it's not right next to your aprtment. It seems as if the management would make concessions for guests versus making them park down the street

The parking situation is beyond the managements controll. Besides it's not as if this issue was something that was sprung on you after you moved in. If you didn't like the parking policy you shouldn't have signed the lease. Besides why does one negative thing over shadow the great thing about Edlandria and it's staff. If you don't like it there move so that I can keep my apartment.
