Worth the $$, positives & negatives From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I think this is good price including utilities. Maintain the grounds well and staff seems to be nice. So far no complaints or any issues. There is no overnight parking so that is frustrating for us and guests. Nor are passes provided. Parking seems tight at night so maybe that is why. Have always found a spot though. Brand new appliances which are great! Wish there was a pool :)
