I've lived at Edlandria for nearly six years and like the other author stated I was told a couple a months ago that my apartment would be renovated although I had to move from an older building on the property less than 2 years ago. I also share the same frastrations as the previuos author there is no space on the property, now I'm being forced to move to another Dittmar Company property. Dittmar Co. also offered it's displace residence a relocation allowance based on the size of your current apartment. It's a great gesture the catch to that is that you have to pay rent on your current apartment thru the final date of 1/31/06. That's not fair to me because it's not as if we're asking to move. We're being put out of our apartments in the dead of winter this makes no sense to me at all.
The on-staff members are great and I'm going to hate moving. If your lucky enough to get an apartment on the property, I'm sure your exprience will be just as great as mine has been.
