I absolutely love it here and I do not think I will move out unless I buy a condo or townhome which is unlikely since homes are overpriced in the metro DC area. I have never loved an apt community like this and I am the envy of all my friends. Granted that there is no pool, so what if there was a pool or other extra amenities then it wouldn't be so affordable. I moved in here May 2004. I thought about moving closer to my job but I have been unable to find anything equal to this thus I am staying put. The parking issue is a non-issue because I tell all my friends & family what the deal is and they are willing to park on the side street or I pick them up and it is all good. Maybe in the near future they need to look at the possiblity of having at least guest passes for say 2 or 3 days max.

To think I almost missed out on this apt. I waited to long and all the one bedrooms were gone so I had to take a 2 bedroom. Anyway as you all can see I am a happy camper.
