This place was great. Most of the staff is very nice but since the renovations It sucks!
The master bedroom is now so small you have to get rid of some your furniture. A queen size bed takes up most of the space. Leaving you with only room for a small dresser.The storage room was a good size,now it is the size of a closet it isn't even half the size it was and you have to pay $15 a month for it. Parking is bad and if have guests they have to be out by 12am. There is no street parking. All this and they raised the rent by $100. There is better out there.

You know, I honestly wish someone in all of NoVa would tell me where these "better" apartments are. I've read every review of every complex on this site in Annandale, Fairfax, Alexandria, and Arlington, and most of the reviews in Woodbridge and Fredericksburg. The common theme is "my apartment has roaches and bad management and bad neighbors and costs too much and there's better out there."
I moved into Edlandria 4 months ago. The apartment is smaller than what I'm used to, but I can't say, based on my research in this area, that there's anything better out there. Perhaps its time for me to post my review of this complex. I've already reviewed the last two I stayed at...

I swear I have lived at Edlandria for 2 years and I never found a roach in my apartment. My neighbors seem to be clean and orderly, but I used to live in a nice place that went ghetto. Edlandria seems to do a good job at maintaining a nice place and I don't have any complaints. Coming from my former ghetto, Edlandria is so much safer, quieter, and has respectable neighbors in the neighborhood.
