I have lived at Edlandria for 2 yrs. before purchasing a home. I know apartment living has down sides, since you have to share common areas with other people. Now that I own a single family home, I don't have to deal with those issues. I would highly suggest checking out Edlandria, since most apartments in the Landmark area are "not so great."

I keep checking reviews about apts around that area, and it seems like roaches are huge problem! I would appreciate if you can share your opinion about that. Thank you very much!
