This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment has a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, full sized washer/dryer and all the utilities are included in the rent. Maintenance is quick to respond to and correct any problems you may have. The complex has a security patrol in the evening and they are very responsive. (I had to call them once and they arrived in 2 minutes; they took care of the problem and it never happened again.) The grounds are well maintained by a landscaping crew. The building managers not only clear the grounds of litter on a daily basis, but also clean the common areas in each of the buildings. There are no insects of any kind; I have not seen even one ant in my apartment. The managers ensure that the tenants are able to park near their building by restricting the hours that visitors can park in our lots. The same family has been managing Edlandria for almost 40 years and their pride in and commitment to this complex is evident. If my employer was not relocating me, I would not be leaving.
