I decided to write a rather lengthy review since it seems a lot of the reviews on this website only touch on a few things. I lived here for quite some time, so I have the best opinion of any one. Here we go:
Pros:
-Utilities are included (can't beat that!!)
-Rent Price is excellent for the area
-For the area, it feels very safe, and the complex grounds are kept very clean.
-W/D in Unit
-Fairly new applicances, though I think management needs to realize they need to change those soon.
Cons:
Management is questionable. Great people, but don't have the skills and leadership to run a community. They make numerous admin. errors, and always have an excuse for why something is wrong (never their fault).
Walls in apartments are very thing and the paint used on the walls is very cheap.
Rules for satellite dishes is just silly.
They ONLY GIVE YOU 1 KEY for a 2 bedroom apartment. This goes to my first comment, management just doesn't have common sense. They charge you $40.00 for a second key, since these keys are impossible to copy.

Hi, I also live at Edlandria. Actually, you can have a copy of the key made. The leasing office recommended a place on duke street, only five minutes away and it only cost $5. It begins with a "B", but I can't remember the name. It's next to the Honda dealership.

Agree with the first response. They give you only one key, and they tell you to make additional copies for your use. We got one made at Baldino's (multiple locations in NoVA) for about $4.

The ------- that initially posted this review must be hittin' the crack pipe if he's paying $40 for a door key. Either that, or he's been licking the cheap/lead paint off the wall. I've lived here for 3 years and it's definitely one of the better neighborhoods I've lived in. NO COMPLAINTS!!! Sorry, I just thought the $40 key was hilarous, especially since I used to cut keys.

Wow this is entertainment. I've just turned off the television. I think I've found my next apartment. This is great stuff. Great apartment with great neighbors, what more can one ask for. Thanks for the confirmation.
