Elms at Kingstowne

This place sucks let me out! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I live here now. The management is bad. Just plain BAD. In competent and bad. Service is bad too. For three weeks I've been trying to get to perfomr some maintenance and when they finaly come and do the work, they screw it up. Oh yeah, and the management is bad.
