This is simply the worst place (yet the most expensive) I have ever rented. It was infested with many different kinds of pests. The management seemed nice, yet unresponsive. The appliances were of a vintage older than myself. The steps were unacceptably loud, no matter who stepped on them. I lived on the top floor and was annoyed by the neighbor's noise directly below me, who I am sure wasn't being overly noisy (even though they were white trash).
If you can afford to pay this much in rent, then you can afford the other places around this property, maybe even be able to rent a townhouse or condo that is in the same neighborhood. I expected a lot more from a "luxury" condo, especially since it was in Kingstowne...
