I have lived here for about six months and it has been the worst experience of my life. They don't respond to any of my maintanance problems for months. The customer service is horrible. It is well over priced. Certainly if you can afford to live here you can afford to live somewhere else. I would highly recommend that you save yourself the stress and misery and look somewhere else. It is very noisy, Parking is fine when they don't have dumpsters taking up the lot. The whole place is falling apart, and they will charge you for anything and everything they can. They also have an exteremly rude attitude! Please Don't Do It!

I agree with this poster 200%! Do Not Live at Elms! The filthiest place in Kingstowne area. Mold, bugs, bad smells, etc. Stay away. Oh and by the way, they will NOT give back your refund at all. They're like a bunch of vultures, running off with your money. Plain and simple. Crazy ass -------!

Evidently you had damages in your apartment - own up to your filthy way of living - quit blaiming the other person.

I got my whole deposit back plus interest. I lived there for 7 years. Never had a problem.
