Most pet owners don,t pick up behind their animals. One thing is there is not enough green areas for kids and pets. The management works very hard at keeping the units full and they kinda look the other way. The turnover rate is very high here compared to other places, probally 70% or higher. These apts seemed to be designed for singles and young couples but now get mutipy families and a lot of young kids. They have no play ground per se so the only place the kids have to play is inside the dwellings. The apts are very noisy due to the construction. Management seems to try to try and acomidate everybody.

The office staff does manage this place; they provide doggie bags for residents to pick up the poop; the shortage of apartments must say something; the loud guy must be working- maybe you should buy a house and live in seclusion since everything seems to bother you.

The office staff does not manage and they certainly don't care about you. If they offer doggie bags they have been out for 2 years. What maintance??? They never show up unless the whole building complains about something.

Concerning your thoughts on young children, I agree. There is not enough noise isolation from apartments above. Anytime the kids run, jump, or yell, you hear it. At times the whole apartment shakes. We've talked with the staff about this and have no solution yet. My wife and I will be moving out as we've found a nice townhouse. If you move to The Elms, try to get an apartment on the top floor.
