We lived here one year (2000-2001) (Windsor Gable @ that time) and were very happy after moving out of there. Appartments are not bad, but under terrible management. Another problem is electrical station nearby, it is not so healthy.

Stating something from several years prior while under a different name and management really doesn't help anyone make an educated decision. I also would like you to support your electrical station being unhealthy. Do you have a Ph.D., peer reviewed scientific articles stating such, etc? I don't think so, so don't waste our time.
