Elms at Kingstowne

Not what it used to be. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Lived at the Elms for 1-1/2 years. Mving out because the staff does not enforce the rules and those who live on the premise are some of the worst offenders. The first year was fine but something changed and the quality of life at the elms has been steadily decreasing. Recent construction/repairs to plumbing were not tenant freindly and the elms would not compensate for the week of non use of our capartment. Living in construction central created major headaches for my family. I don't know what has change in the Elms tenant acceptance policy but the police have been visiting on a regular basis for dometsic issues.
