Elms at Kingstowne

Too bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   Tenants who have pets are not considerate in picking up after their pets. Staff are only pleasant to you the first time you walk in to apply for an apartment. I will never recommend the Elms to any of my friends or relatives.
