Tenants who have pets are not considerate in picking up after their pets. Staff are only pleasant to you the first time you walk in to apply for an apartment. I will never recommend the Elms to any of my friends or relatives.

Disagree with some of this. I lived there for 7 years and no, people do not pick up after their pets but that happens everywhere, not just at this apartment complex. The staff has always been friendly. Always. There was one new woman recently who started working there who was a little more cold. You probably dealt with her.
