Your husband stopped by the office prior to the mailman dropping off the packages, but it is here now. You may pick it up. We do not steal packages. That is quite a serious accusation. Your husband just called in the toilet running continuously yesterday which we will get to today. Your washer was just called in yesterday as well. We strive to complete all tickets in 24 hours. We do have a staff of 6 maintenance employees of which are 3 technicians, 1 groundsmen, 1 painter and 1 turnover manager. If you are having trouble with other appliances, please call the office to let us know so that we may take a look at them. We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. I'm sorry you are not happy here. If you would like to discuss further, please come to see the manager. Thank you.

hahaha! I used to live there, and moving out EARLY was the best desicsion on our lives! We had almost the same problems, but it was more like a leak that went through our electrical panel box which made our power short, so basically we were living in flickering lights, we couldn't watch tv because by the time the tv would come on the power would go off. we even had a bird blown up in front of our door, and had to scream at the leasing office to clean it up so we could bring the children into the house without getting covered in blood. the siding flew off the front of one building and almost hit us. Then it took them a week to pick up the pieces. the trash compactor was always broken and piles of trash would build up for days in the parking lot until they would final call the trash company to come pick it up. there were pet stains in our rug when we moved in and their remidy was to cut out the spots and replace the pieces with new carpet that wasn't even put in properly. we had 2-3 floods every month because they weren't smart enough to put drain pans in, which caused them to have to redo our ceilings in the front half of the apartment on multiple occasions. they had to replace our bathroom mirror and tried to put one in that was too small. they did a shotty job putting in the "new" dishwasher, which was probably just from one of the other apartments. This is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. Not to mention the unprofessional attitudes of those people in the leasing office! Funny how its always, "you called that in yesturday", is everyday!

They came and I guess you can say they attempted to fix what was wrong my washing machine still doesn't work and I have given up on having it work properly. I can only fit two pairs of jeans and two shirts in the washer and actually have them come out wet. Any more than that and some of you clothes will come out dry. It's ridiculous! As far as the package issue is concerned - that is not the way it went down but what do you expect management to admit to the fact that they are incompetent and don't have any intention upon doing the job they are there to do. For 1689 a month I expect that when I have a package in the office, I should not have to rumage through the package room to find my package. The have 6 employees to fix things but considering all the apartments they have that is not enough at all. It seems like the property owners want to get the money that people would pay to live in "luxury" apartments without giving luxury service.

Yes, it would be nice to have them deliver your package to you on a silver platter since you pay them 1689 a month. God forbid you have to go in the package room and look for it! What type of place is this? I checked out the website you mentioned too and doesnt appear you did your research well enough. the cases were for another community, and if you read them, you would see they were bogus. I love my apartment!

Hey anonymous - If the apartments are so great then why is everyone complaining and why are so many people moving out. I've lived in luxury apartments and I have never had to go and get my own package - in fact they keep the room locked. This place has horrible turnover for a reason. As as far as my reasearch goes. Ding Dong I knew it was a different complex but they are all owned by the same company. The issue with the Elms isn't just at the elms it's a company issue, the management company is horrible not the people who work for them. I don't need my package handed to me on a silver platter. So I'm glad you "love" your apartment obviously you have low expectations and hav never lived anywhere really nice before.
