You're probably wondering about the title. Well it was actually what the woman who is the manager (-------------) stated when I went in trying to get my deposit back. Here's the story. So they were friendly when we (my fiance and I) first went in to do a tour of the apartment and had quickly placed a deposit down after being reassured that we were only on the waitlist and were under no obligation. Only did we find out a couple days later that we were assigned an apartment and weren't even given a legal documentation stating it. When we tried asking for a contract, we were not only denied but threatened that we would lose our $500 deposit (mind you for being on a waitlist') After about 5 phone calls and those people playing phone toss and denying everything (basically placing the blame on us), I went in and the manager woman still refused to give me a legal documentation. Now this is before we even rent the place. Can you imagine what moving in here would be like' So my question is, who's pulling the "wool" over whose eyes' If you have a lot of money to waste and love dealing with people who like to play "storytime" then this is the place for you!

You are right on the money, my friend! I unfortunately lived there and know first hand how horrible a place it is. Don't let me even get into all the horrible stuff they did when we finally moved out. I don't know why you were on a "waitlist" they had people moving out of those properties every weekend.

There are teenagers outside dealing weed right outside my window as I type this. That might give you an impression of the folks living around here.

Shame nobody seems employed to clean up trash. People in upper apts throw all kinds of trash over their balconies. I see trash on the grass and outside people's doors. Also, dog owners don't take their waste with them - they just throw bags into a corner under someone's window or next to a porch. People suck.

Are you guys living in the same place, it is beautiful, large rooms, too many smokers are allowed though, but I love it and have been here since 1996

Waaay too many smokers - they throw cigarette butts ALL over the place, from balconies, around the stairs, outside their front door's etc - absolutely disgusting. These people should be warned and evicted if they keep being so gross. Not to mention the people who throw from their balcony could start a fire. Children play in the grass that is full of cigarettes, so nasty! Why do people who smoke have no regard for anyone or the environment where they live?

Every night there is an awful sound like some kind of generator coming from the maintenance room or whatever it is on the ground floor that just whines and drones on, goes right through your skull and I mean really loud and obnoxious, usually for about 9 minutes - my poor kid has to try to sleep through it. Sometimes the sound is only for a few seconds or minutes though. Very strange and disturbing and certainly not worth the price of rent!
