well, if you want to deal with people smoking in the hallway and the elevator, kids playing in the hallway and i am talking about actually sitting in the hallway where sometimes you have to actually step over them to get down the hallway, people dropping trash and food in the hallways and the elevator, elevators constantly being down, kids always pulling the fire alarm, people leaving thrown out furniture in the hallways like old mattresses and dressers because they are too lazy to take it downstairs, people instead of simply opening up the trash chute they would rather just open the trash chute and throw the trash in the room. Kids running out of the elevator because they have pressed all the numbers in the elevator and did i mention its 15 floors. oh, did i mention people hanging out in front of the building. Police are constantly coming to this apartment building because of something. If you want to live where all of this is going on and then some then this is the place for you....
