the WORST place in the world From: ummaiyesha Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   this building is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there are bedbugs, roaches, rats outside, that make it hard to get into the building. the fire alarm rings constantly all day and night. now the fore department doesn't even show up anymore. one time i didn't think that there was a real fire, because there are soooo many alarms. and there actually was one, because someone threw a LIT cigarette down the garbage shoot and caught ALL of the trash on fire. my chidren and i could have diedd hell hole, because of this. better yet, the management is trying to kick my family out, because we dared to complain about all of the bedbugs that bite us EVERY day and night and go to school and the store w/ us. my daughter's skin is infected, because of their bedbugs the laundry has roaches all over it and standing water that has been there for months. most of the washers dryers don't work and they take your money, because there isn't a sign or any type of warning system to tell you that you are gouing to put you clothes in faulty equipment. there are also roaches inside of the washers and dryers. you have to special oreder screens on all of your windows, even though it is a high rise building. the management's take on everything is that you should never complain and "just don't open the windows". if you just sohappen to suffocate from some miscellaneous fumes then that is YOUR problem, but you better pay your rent or ELSE, the BIG, BAD manager will come and claim that everything is your fault and that you are causing problems. she might even try to kick you out, because her apartments are CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no one should EVER EVER EVER even consider moving to this building!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
