Apartments badly in need of renovation

I stayed here for a year. The apartments are just way outdated. They should renovate the apartments to justify the rent. However maintenance is very reponsive and you probably won't have to call them that much. There are huge bugs that look like roaches, I found out they are water bugs. They will gross you out if you never seen them before. Parking is a problem after 9pm. I've never had a problem with the leasing office.
