i lived in the howard st apts right next to the admin building. it was ok, but not much bothers me. i saw about 3 cockroaches the whole year. at first there was an ant problem, they were even in the dishwasher, which was nasty but the staff took care of it rather quickly. the only thing that was bad was while on vacation for a weekend our apt flooded (1st floor). we came home to see all of our carpet torn up and all of our things moved and setting on the nasty mildewy tile. it was nasty. there was no note and they didn't tell us when the new carpet would go in. it took a couple days living like that before if came and even then my boyfriend had to help move our stuff in and out. they gave us no compensation for the inconveniance which pissed me off a little. also, my car was broken into...luckily i don't have anything worth stealing. not a great place but people are friendly and maintenance is usually quick.
