Free shuttle bus (rush hour only) to and from the metro is nice, however, most of the buses are never on time or combine two trips into. Also, one of the driver is a very bad driver: he never wear a seat belt, run red lights, slam on breaks and speeding, we all felt like we were on a racing track and that we should say a prayer after we get off the bus unharm.
Staff, they are very nice to you when you first sign your lease, however, everytime when you have a problem and bring it up to them, they keep saying that they aren't the decision maker and have to discuss with their boss and will get back to me. However, I never hear from them.
This is a mixed section 8 (low income) area, and they are brining in more and more section 8 into the complex. Also, I know there are at least four incidents happended in the complex within the last four months: robbery, sexual assult, wounding, car theft...etc. You named it. However, Foxchase has never bother to post a sign to alert the residents to watch their backs.
Parking is also an issue, not only my friend's car got stolen, there aren't enough lighting in most of the parking lots either.
The buildings are old too, water leakage everywhere.
With all this combine, I highly DO NOT recommend anybody to rent here.
