Worst place I have ever lived From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived in a 1BR for over a year. Maintenance staff was okay and relatively quick, but the walls are thin the air conditioner is so loud I could hear it was on before I entered the building. I could hear my neighbors doing the most quiet of activities. The place was not cleaned properly when I arrived. Although I was very clean I still had roaches (though not terrible). Don't get a ground level apartment, because if you get a good rain, you'll be wet. And getting if fixed will take awhile. Plus the guys that fixed it destroyed a table in the laundry room. Don't ever have a problem. Even if you go to them before anything becomes a problem, they will not work with you - they will treat you like a criminal. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
