I m in my third year at Foxchase and have few complaints. My maintenance issues were always handled timely and the staff has always seemed friendly and helpful. I m a single female living alone and have never felt unsafe, however, after reading about some of the incidents I will certainly be more alert. I work two jobs, and sometimes come home late at night to find no parking close to my building, however. I take the Foxchase shuttle almost everyday to work and there has been MAJOR improvement in service. There is a great driver now who is safe and reliably on time. All of my neighbors are super nice, and although you can hear a lot in the halls, my apartment is next to a storage room, so there are no noises from next door. I almost never hear my upstairs neighbors at all. I would recommend unless you are looking for a luxury apartment.
