The management is non-responsive, arrogant, and has a couldn't get a flip attitude. The initial year was tolerable; year two my apt became infested with mice in the walls to squirrels running in the attic and heating/ac ducts, for any resolution, I was forced to contact AIMCO's top management - three separate times. There is no insulation - you freeze in the winte and cook in the summer; I would strongly advise against renting any property managed by AIMCO.
