Maybe it is just my area of this complex, but I really like where I live. It is amazingly quiet aside from the occasional noise from my neighbors (I have great, quiet neighbors!). There is plenty of parking around my building, unless you come home after 11pm, but I still can find something. I am a woman and I don't feel unsafe walking to my building or home from the grocery store at night. They could use a few more street lights, but it's not bad. My boyfriend saw a mouse in our apartment one night and maintenance was out the next day putting in traps. They never caught the mouse, and we haven't had problems since. There are minimal bugs, just an occasional spider. All of the appliances work great and all that. The bus runs right through the complex, which is very convenient. I am staying for another year--I love the quiet and the convenience.

Then your quite lucky dear. I had mice running (no excuse me - later we discovered they where small rats) running through our apartment. All over our counter tops and the inside the stove, no matter how clean we tried to be. Our neighbors caught six of them. I will admit that there are cleaner and quieter apartments in the complex. But those are near the administive office on Jordan or on Raleigh near the dead in, over around the park.
