Its just "ok"...nothing spectacular. Kenneth Banks in the leasing office is a Sneaky liar and he will try to dish you the most run down apartment in the complex. Banks was trying to stick me in all the spots that people told me to stay away from. Hallways arn't very clean and the apartment itself is very small. Walls are very thin, you can hear EVERYTHING!! Heating vents are on the top of the walls, which is odd because doesn't heat rise' The floors are always cold, even when the heat is on 77!!. Maintenance is a nightmare. I had to go to the Administration office 7 times to get through to them that I needed things in the apartment done. The entire maintenance staff is Hispanic (not a problem...nothing against them) but I couldn't get through to them. Johanna Ball, the administration manager is another person who works just to get paid and not to help the foxchase community. Ball doesn't respond to voice mails when it comes to maintenance and she doesn't seem to make any maintenance issue a priority. Lighting in parking lot could be a little better. You pay a monthly fee for trash removal and the dumpster is always overflowing!!! To cut things short, I have been living here for two months and if I could change my mind and leave now, I would. Not worth my money and there isn't a chance in hell I would renew my lease.

After having maintenance fix my toilet about 15-20 times, for one week it was everyday, I asked for a real plumber. Johanna Ball said they would send a plumber. After a week and no plumber, I called to ask what was going on. She said "Well, we were waiting for you to call back to confirm you wanted the plumber." What? "I called asking for a plumber". "Yes, but you needed to call us back the next day to confirm you wanted the plumber." My stories like this are endless. If you can get out - DO!
