I have been living here for four months and it has been a nightmare as well as a struggle. At first when you go to the leasing office everything seems so good. They show you furnished model apartments, they look so nice you can't resist. You rent an apartment based on that, but you don't get to see your true one until you move. I rented a one bedroom apartment, at a ridiculous high price $1044. The model apartment was bigger than the one I rented, that was my first problem. I went to fuss about it to the leasing office and no one paid me mind, they said it was the same size. you pay so much for a 500 sq ft area and yet you get old non working door knobs, a toilet with mold on it, when you complain about it they say they're going to check it out, but they don't. The heat vent is so high on the walls you have to put the temperature at 85 degrees so you can feel the heat, hence making your gas bill more expensive. there's only one bathroom with a sink designed for a 1 year old, because it's so small you can barely wash your hands in it. The walls are so thin you here everything the neighbors are doing, you can't put up frames because it's a policy not to. The walls are so cheap they'll break if you intent to hammer it, they use such a cheap paint that your clean fingers will dirty it if you touch it. Before i forget let me say that I got a "pay or leave the premises letter" my first month when I had already paid my rent. When I called to see what was that all about all they could say was "I'm sorry". you pay so much for nothing, it hurts every time I pay the rent in this place it feels like I'm being taken advantage of. Water and heat comes higher every month even though i control the usage. They didn't tell me about the water,sewer and trash charge until I found out by myself after receiving the bill. I'm definitely breaking my lease. The other fun part of it is that you have to pay 2 months rent in order to break it, which for me it's about $2088. Don't make the same mistake i did, get your moneys worth. I'm moving to an apt. with 1060 sq ft for less than what I'm paying at fox chase with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. ten minutes away from it. That guy Kennith Banks from the leasing office wasn't too friendly either when I went through the process. Hassina Coe from the Administration Office doesn't seem to know what she's doing and it's never in her office to answer questions. Forgot to mention that they do have washer and dryer on unit but it's so small you can just wash socks and underwear thoroughly on it.

That's pretty odd. I've lived in this complex for over a year and love it. There are two or three different floor plans for the 1 bedroom. When visiting you see all three, and Kennith clearly stated the differences. I also was well aware of the sewer and trash before moving in.
The in unit washer and dryer are a little small ( > half a normal load [yes, greater than]), but this review seems to be a bit of an exaggeration.
Additionally, the service has been wonderful. I've had all problems with dishwasher, sinks, toilets, and ants fixed in completely and timely.
